O nas
We are part of the Warsaw Chaplaincy of the Church of England in the Diocese in Europe. Although there were Anglicans in Gdańsk from the seventeenth century until the 1930s, we only returned to the Trójmiasto eight years ago.
We welcome all English-speaking Christians or searchers, regardless of denomination, whether "locals" or visitors to the area, as well as anyone from the local Polish community who would like to know more about our faith and worship. Our services are conducted in English, supported by some Polish translation. Holy Communion is celebrated whenever possible by our Warsaw-based Chaplain, Revd. Kasta Dip. Other services are led by the Licensed Lay Minister, who is based in Gdańsk.
The Arkon Park Hotel, where we meet at 18.00 on the second and fourth Sundays of the month, is 10 minutes' walk from Oliwa PKP, Przymorze SKM and bus stops, It is about 15 minutes' walk from the Oliwa tram loop.
We also hold a morning service at 10.00 on the first Sunday each month in the chapel of the University Clinical Centre (ul. Smoluchowskiego 17).
Perhaps we can help you in other ways? Do let us know. The Lay Minister may be able to help directly, but will also be able to put you in touch with the Chaplain. You will need to plan with him if you are thinking of arranging a baptism or the blessing of a marriage.
Zapraszamy!.
