The Recruitment Process

1. Application

Apply via recruitment from on the job ad that you find interesting.

2. On-line test

Fill out the Alva Labs test that will be sent to you. This will help us evaluate if you are suitable for the role.

3. Getting to know eachother

A meeting or call with HR team member, partially in English. (30-60 minutes)

4. Deepend meeting

Technical discussion with HR and your future manager on requirements. (60 minutes)

5. Panel

We might ask you to complete an additional case study to examine your skills. (60 minutes)

6. Decision

We will let you know the results of the recruitment process.
