INFORMATION CLAUSE (concerning
participants of meetings/conferences/events)
Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and section 2 and art. 14 of
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27
April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing
of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive
95/46/EC - GDPR, I inform that:
1) The administrator of personal data will be Agencja Rozwoju
Pomorza SA, with its registered office at Al. Grunwaldzka 472 D, 80 - 309

2) The contact details of the data protection officer are

3) Your personal data contained in this application form will be
processed for the purposes of:
- provision of meeting/conference/event services, pursuant to
Art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR (i.e. processing is necessary to take action
before concluding a contract and to perform it);
- contact, cooperation during the implementation of the
meeting/conference/event service; issuing certificates and attestations;
sending information materials; establishing, pursuing and defending claims and
archiving, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR ( i.e. the
legitimate interest of the administrator) ;
4) The recipients of your personal data will be entities that
have been commissioned with services related to the processing of personal
data, in particular entities supporting IT systems and providing archiving and
document destruction services. Such entities will process data on the basis of
a contract with us and only in accordance with our instructions;
5) Your personal data will be stored until the end of our
archiving period, i.e. until December 31, 2028. ; or within the scope of the
consent granted, until the consent is withdrawn (to the e-mail address rodo@arp.gda.pl );
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out
on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
6) Have the right to request the Administrator to access
your personal data, rectify it, delete it and object to the processing or limit
the processing;
7) You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of
the Personal Data Protection Office when the processing of personal data
violates the provisions of the GDPR;
8) Providing personal data is necessary to participate in the
meeting/conference/event, and the consequence of not providing personal data
will be the inability to use the services we offer.
